We are three directors.

We are a diverse team with different backgrounds and experience that complement each other. We have a common passion for excellent service and delivery and a desire to run a business that can be trusted with an old-fashioned hand-shake. Individually, we are very different but together we form a leadership that has one vision: high quality homes; high quality relationships and high quality of life.

Alan Millard

Director

Alan has worked in large international organisations for over 30 years covering operations, technology, and innovation. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer for Hiscox Insurance. He is also currently Chairman of Duedil a fast-growing technology business that is the largest source of private company information in Europe. He loves climbing, a highlight was summiting Everest in 2011. Alan’s brings a knowledge of how to run healthy, effective businesses that treats our employees and suppliers well and provides great service to our customers.

Robert Piper

Land Acquisition Director

Rob started his life at the sharp end of construction – on site. His natural talent showed though and early in his career whilst still in his 20s he was promoted to site manager in charge of building multiple
high quality residential homes. Soon this wasn’t enough so he set up his own construction business and has been building homes for over 10 years. Rob also has a passion and flair for design which we all admire and can be seen throughout our homes. He is also a shrewd negotiator and finds and secures good sites for our developments.

Jonathan Sidley

Commercial Director

Jon is our Quantity Surveyor and he has been the brains behind many commercial and residential developments in Birmingham over the past 15 years, recently Jon has combined quantity surveying and project management successfully achieving his masters degree in project management last year. We rely on his knowledge of how to turn high level designs into actual reality every day. He has an extensive network of reliable and high quality sub-contractors which he has built through trust and experience over many years. Jon is one of those totally dependable people who delivers on his promises. Every team needs one.
